Kitchenette with microwave, clean outdoor patio, quiet corner location
Half glass door in the shower doesn't contain water properly!!! A more robust solution would be appreciated!!! I noticed the room lacked soundproofing, which detracted from my experience.

Stunning and marvellous location in Tel Aviv, just next door to local restaurants, lively Dizengoff Street and a cafe near by-NICE place for coffee and breakfast. Good sized unit with a refrigerator and a microwave.

Really good staff made a difference
The staff were pretty good too assist us, especially with language barriers. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, providing the comfort we sought in Tel Aviv.
These disturbances were quite unfortunate given the hotel's otherwise great atmosphere.

The room is airy and practical with a simple decor. The breakfast is wonderful and incredible with various specialties to taste and the location is excellent. The service is excellent, includes paid parking. The staff are incredibly welcoming and always pleasant, they keep the place clean.

Really good staff were pretty good, especially when assisting with exit fees. The room was immaculate and well-equipped with a kitchenette. A good coffee machine was available in the lobby, providing complimentary drinks alongside a lovely outdoor patio. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions without the noise of the city.

I had the best stay! My room was a Beautiful Double Room that was not only spacious but super clean too. Plus, the kind staff were so cute that after feeling at home for just one night, I booked another!

The staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice, but you must have a car if you want to explore the golan.
Do not use their laundry service .. Unfortunately, on my last day I did and I received someone else's clothes back. The man at reception tried very hard to solve the matter but would not accept responsibility. He even asked me if I liked the clothes and would keep theirs instead! The cleaners also soaked on of my teeshirts in nescafe as well. The man at reception just didnt get what I was saying.
